  I am a 77-year-old woman who drove all the way from Mt. Baldy to Redlands, a 45-minute to 90-minute drive, depending on traffic, each way, a fact known to Nick because he used to work in Upland, for a haircut, nothing fancy. My appointment was at 4:00. I arrived,early and asked if he was available. I was told he wanted me to come in at 4:30 instead, to which I objected. However, I got there at 4:10, waited until 4:30 at which time I asked how much longer would it be and was told at least another 20 minutes, so close to an hour past my scheduled appointment, assuming he would even get to me then. Though he could see me sitting in the lobby, Nick never came out to acknowledge me nor apologize. It was rude and very disrespectful. I will never go there again.
