  Went in to Pep Boys to purchase a new flashlight. Staff was friendly and explained all the products they had, while also clarifying that Pep Boys is not necessarily a flashlight/outdoor store. The products were with a different price than online, which was confusing. A brief call with the hotline later that night helped.
  I actually went back 3 days later and bought a Police Bearcat flashlight. Again, staff was friendly and efficient.
  
  I did not go to this Pep Boys for any vehicle maintenance, therefore I can not say anything about the car/shop area.
