  Our home buying/selling journey started in August of 2017.
  We started with Jan visiting several homes and during this process, Jan got to know what exactly we were looking for in our new home. Jan provided us with a detail list of properties, and daily email updates. Along with Jan we searched for the perfect home.
  Next up were contractual meetings for the sale of our current home, giving us a good understanding of our responsibilities/rights, and timelines for showing a home (open houses) and capturing a sale. Once we determined the sales price of our home, Jan’s team took over with professional photographers, and the scheduling of open houses. Advertisements went out in local postings and our home had an online presence on Facebook and Instagram. It was nice to be able to see the online presence, and to be able to track publicly the “buzz” on our home. After open houses, we were supplied with attendance statistics and her follow-up process. We had offers immediately. One offer fit our requests, and Escrow began. Jan met all the challenges of working with the buyer and the buyers’ agent. Jan always remained graceful when dealing with the buyer/agent and walked us through what to expect. The sale of our home commenced within a reasonable amount of time. Jan even went the extra mile and helped us with a rent back agreement, so we didn’t have to move to a temporary location, while we are waiting for our new home.
  Jan also represented us in the purchase of our new home. The sellers’ agent, was difficult from the very beginning. Jan’s knowledge of Real Estate /MLS Laws, and violations came into play with this transaction. She was able to navigate unique situations, and problem solve contractional situations quickly. We closed escrow early and had keys in hand as promised. We highly recommend Jan Hudson and her team.
