  After my first month at Cypress Villas I can say the management and staff are excellent and the main reason for this high-rated review. Although the buildings are not brand new, they do a great job of maintaining them. If you are sustainably (green living)-minded I would offer this is the best complex in Redlands because of it's proximity and nice walk into town and the fact that it is a very well managed property. As with most buildings (at least every one I've lived in) you will find some noise travels and it's good to be courteous of your neighbors to make it work. For the price this is an excellent value with friendly people and a safe place to call home.
