  I ordered an item online and received a message that unfortunately, they are unable to ship the item because their distribution center was out of stock, but I could check with my local store for availability.
  
  I called my local store before going because it is still 48 miles away from me and I was told that the lines are too long to assist me, but she would check if someone else in the store could help. I was placed on hold for a little over 5 minutes and when the line was finally picked up, they hung up on me.
  
  I understand there may be a rush after Christmas time, but I am a paying customer as well and I should have been treated with the same respect as those in line. I also would have called back at a later time, if they hadn't hung up on me.
  
  Luckily, I found the coat on sale at JCPenneys for cheaper than Burlington so everything happens for a reason.
