  This UPS store has a "manager" by the name of "Steven", the first thing he continued to do is cut me off and not allow me to finish speaking, I would continue to explain and he would cut me off again and I finally asked for his supervisor. He gave me a "number that handles complaints" and it . . . surprise!! It does NOT! He is a liar and has horrible customer service! When I confronted him that he lied about the number he gave, he said he was just trying to help and supplied the number he thought was the store that called me. After speaking to a real supervisor with UPS, he confirmed it was in fact this store that called me. "Steven" should be fired immediately and UPS should NOT attach their name to a mom and pop franchise. UPS should have a standard of what customer service is and the second that a punk little kid treats someone like this they should pull their merchandise and license away.
  
  The whole thing started because a representative from their store called and stated IF I'd like my package picked up to leave it outside. Outside? Are you kidding me? I don't need to go into an explanation as to why packages shouldn't be left outside, but I will say it is probably why "Steven" wanted it outside so he could send his buddies by to get it. "Steven" didn't sound very professional or honest.
  
  I recommend not doing business with this store. You will not be treated professionally or with courtesy. Please buy boxes from Amazon, Walmart or Office Depot and only use this location if absolutely necessary for drop off.
